The Board of Management is the highest executive body of the University & Consists of

1. Vice-Chancellor of the University as its chairman
2. Ex-officio members
   1. The Secretary to the Government of Rajasthan, Finance Department.
   2. The Secretary to the Government of Rajasthan, Education Department.
   3. The Special Secretary to the Government of Rajasthan, Planning Department.
   4. The Director of College Education ,Rajasthan
   5. The Registrar to the University as Member Secretary
3. Nominated Members
   1. Two members nominated by the Vice-Chancellor from amongst the Dean for a perid of one year.
   2. Two University Professor nominated by the Vice-Chancellor for a period of one year.
   3. Two eminent educationalist nominated by the Vice-Chancellor for a period of one year.
   4. One teacher other than the Professor, working in the University or in a constituent college nominated by the Vice-Chancellor for a period of one year.
   5. One principal of a college from affiliated colleges to be nominated by the State Government for a period of one year.
   6. Two members of state legislature nominated by the State Government for a period of one year.
4. Elected members.
   1. Two teachers who have put not less than seven years teaching experience in the institutions of higher education in Rajasthan on 1st January immediately preceding the year in which elections are held, other than University Professors/Deans/Associate Deans/Directors of the College of the University to be elected by the teachers separately from amongst themselves for a period of one year.
