Refund Policy

Fee refund as per prevailing UGC norms / Governing Body norms adopted by the University

• All fees are non-refundable unless a duplicate or double payment is identified, subject to due review and approval by the university.
• Refunds will only be permitted in the event of a verified duplicate or double payment, after thorough review and approval by the university.
• To initiate a refund request for duplicate or double payment, the student/candidate must contact the university directly. Online refund requests will not be processed.
• Please be advised that all refund requests are subject to rigorous review and approval by the university administration. For any questions or assistance regarding refunds, please reach out to our administrative office during regular business hours.
