An Online International Conference on "Blockchain Technology in Accounting: Challenges and Prospects" Under the able leadership of Honorable Vice Chancellor Prof. Amerika Singh ji an Online International Conference on "Blockchain Technology in Accounting: Challenges and Prospects" is being organized by the Department of Accountancy and Business Statistics , Mohanlal Sukhadia University Udaipur on 8/1/2022. HVC Prof. Amerika Singh said in his congratulation message that department of ABST shall establish a new landmark in the field of Blockchain accounting at international level through its RUSA sponsored group research project. The Head of the Department, Director of the Conference and principal investigator Prof. Shurveer S. Bhanawat told that the Chief Guest for the inaugural session would be Prof. B.P. Sharma, Group President, Pacific Group of Universities, Udaipur, and Former Vice-Chancellor of Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The Chairman for the Technical Session would be Dr. Arindam Gupta, Professor, Department of Commerce, Vidyasagar University, Midnapore, West Bengal. The keynote speakers for the technical session would be Dr. Onkar Nath, Consultant at strategic level for information security, risk management, cyber security, digital forensics and IS audits., and Mr. Raj A. Kapoor, Founder of India Blockchain Alliance and Advisory Board Member at several blockchain companies. The Dean and Chairman faculty of commerce, Prof. P.K. Singh will deliver his address as patron of the conference. The Organising Secretary of the conference assistant professor of the department Dr. Shilpa Vardia told that in this conference about 92 participants across the world, countries like Russia, Malaysia, Egypt and Bahrain will participate and many of them will present their research papers.
