Research Details

Dr. Siddharth Sharma is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry at the University College of Science, Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur, Rajasthan. He earned his PhD from CSIR-CDRI (Lucknow), with the degree awarded by JNU-New Delhi. Dr. Sharma has held notable positions, including a Post Doctoral Fellowship at POSTech, South Korea, from March 2012 to March 2014, and as a DST INSPIRE Faculty at Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, from May 2014 to May 2016. He has received several prestigious awards, such as the ISCB Young Scientist Award in 2023 and the two time CDRI Research Award in 2010-2011. His research interests focus on electro-organic synthesis and post Ugi cyclization reaction. Dr. Sharma has secured research grants of more than 1 Crore from UGC, SERB-CRG, SRG, and DST. He has published 45 research papers with H-index of 25 and more than 2100 citations.
